Car was great. Very clean and great condition. Wireless Android Auto was very helpful.
The car I was first given was a total mess exhaust system was noisy and the brakes squealed so much it seemed there was nothing except steel on steel. BUT when I took it back the next day we were given an almost new Ford Edge which was a dream. We had it for two weeks and it was a great drive. My only complaint is I had to drive the wreck for about 30 miles before getting the Edge.
I was worried in the beginning, because thirfty was showing a additional $644 fee on their website after I paid Economy but after a few Phone calls to Economy I was reasured that the car was in fact Paid in Full,and it was
Loved the hire car experience, staff were really friendly. A shame about the weather so we couldn’t take the roof off.
The car and experience were great - no complaints. The only "hiccups" are listed in negatives.
