What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You may cancel your booking and receive a 100% refund up to 48 hours before pick-up. The booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings.
No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time.
Bookings made less than 48 hours before pick-up time are non-refundable.
Bookings made for two days or less are non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is submitted directly to the car rental provider rather than the Company, this Cancellation and Refund Policy will not be applicable.
Renters can check their available BookingCredit™ by visiting the website's My Booking section or in Account, if the user is registered, and utilizing their original booking number and email address.
Online booking cancellation is available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process.
