My rating is based on staff member we had when collecting vehicle. She was AMAZINGLY helpful, very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. However, my rating would be completely different if based on staff member at drop off. She was NOT friendly, quite rude, and made us move the car as we had gone through wrong boom gate. We had to walk all the way back and take car out of that area and go back in correct boom gate, instead of offering to move car for us, we were really shocked and overwhelmed. The car was in excellent condition, only point I’d make is the windscreen needed a good clean, otherwise everything else was perfect! Thank you, and really appreciated the upgrade and all the info the staff member at pick up gave us

Car was great , but if we had know if upgrade ( which I appreciated ) we would have made ourselves familiar with car
