There was a problem because I was over 65, and nobody brought to my attention the need to provide health information. I wrote something on the booking, but no response was given. I think the problem was really with economy bookings, but the problem was well resolved by the car hire company
I had a great experience before and it was great again. Staff tracked us down airport to return a smart watch we accidentally left in the car. Two thumbs up for integrity guys.

I arrived early for booking. Company rep was courteous, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Photos of marks/blemishes were sent to my email, for drop off comparison. Clean tidy car with under 20000kms. On drop off, different rep came out to car park to meet us and carry out checks. Again courteous and pleasant. Within 10mins I was leaving drop off location. Both staff a credit to Company. The car was faultless.
Very friendly staff. The car was parked right at the airport. Very easy walk. Everything explained perfectly and we were on our way quickly!
