Read some horrible reviews about the nonrefundable booking. To my surprise, when I arrived the Hertz counter was managing the Dollar rentals and I walked right up to the counter, smiled and gave the lady there a warm greeting. She was so enchanted with my positive attitude that she gave me an upgrade to a brand new SUV with only 8 miles on it!!! Great deal and great experience I have to say. Thank you to that kind lady who reminded me of my grandma!!

Nice upgrade to a smaller SUV. Car was in overall great condition outside of one big scratch that I identified before driving out of the garage.
Confieso que cuando use la página tibe un poco de miedo por el precio tan bajo en comparación con otras páginas y realmente me sorprendió nunca había rentado tanto s días por tan picó dinero alquile un carro y me dieron uno más grande por el mismo precio otra cosa es que me aceptaron mi seguro personal no tuve que comprarles seguro adicional en verdad
Making reservation was easy. I needed to extend my rental due to running behind and hitting traffic that was very simple and easy to do. Very clean car and very friendly staff when picking up and dropping off.
