What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund to your E-Wallet if canceling up to 48 hours before the initial pick-up time.
E-Wallet will be refunded in full prepayment amount as a BookingCredit™.
You can also request a withdrawal to the original payment method.
No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time.
Reservations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is directed to the car rental provider rather than us, our cancellation and refund policy will not be applicable.
