Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

We offer a full refund to your E-Wallet if canceling up to 48 hours before the initial pick-up time. E-Wallet will be refunded in full prepayment amount as a BookingCredit™. You can also request a withdrawal to the original payment method. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time. Reservations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable. Click on Free Cancellation & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
