Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?

You will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, your E-Wallet will be topped up with the amount you paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
