We had a problem with our vehicle, and before I came back to the desk she already had our replacement ready. All I had to do was sign the replacement paperwork and I was on my way. Our rental agent, Vanessa, is a gem - incredibly nice and very helpful. After a long day of traveling, she was patient with our questions (including where to grab a late night dinner). Quickly helped get us choose and get into a vehicle better suited to our needs (gas mileage wise). Check in was quick and easy. Return process was just as pleasant. Quick and easy.
Actual car rental company was dollar car rental. They were helpful, very reasonable prices, clean cars. If I were to rate them, for my experience I would give them a 5 star rating. Donna United States
