Only confusion had to do with drop-off location. At pick up staff was exceedingly helpful. I rented an EV and they spent a lot of time acclimating me to the car. Were very friendly as well.

The staff attitude towards us and the wheelchair helpers was very much appreciated! Upon checkout, my wife left her phone and drivers license in the car and the Dollar desk people were very instrumental to get these quickly retrieved even when the car was being cleaned! Thank you!!
