The staff attending to me was very thorough with briefing on the ETC card, parking, instructions for topping up fuel before returning the car, etc. She even changed the language on the Navigation software to English for us.

Staff at the rental were very helpful and explained very nicely to us. We had additional request to send stuff to friends and the staff help with the service including finding package for us. Really appreciated.
Umbrellas provided for rainy days. Shuttle bus service operates even at 8am on Sundays.
