I was very happy with the staff at Drivalia, I had read some mixed reviews and my experience was excellent. The staff was pleasant had good English, listened to my request for a larger vehicle (more family joining us than expected at booking) and was granted a very nice upgrade. I was not subjected to any "additional coverage" upsell just told what I needed and how to return the vehicle, given the keys and pointed to the garage. The car was almost new, clean, and big (with a small fuel-efficient motor). We enjoyed the car all month dropped off in the parking spot where we picked up, and dropped off keys in the slot and received a confirmation email a couple of hours later. I would look for this vendor again in a future trip.

Ho fruito di ottime condizioni economiche, tutto si è svolto molto agevolmente, non ho avuto problemi né durante la pratica web né per ritirare e restituire l auto. Sicuramente se avessi necessità ripeterò l esperienza.
