Positive and easy experience. I would use them again. Booked Volkswagen TRoc and received a Golf, nit sure if that s an upgrade or not, but was ok.

The staff did not give us an overview about how to use the Tesla. The staff who assisted us did not know how to start the car. When we returned the car - Hertz was closed and we were not given any information about where to leave the car at the drop off location.
