Was great! We actually forgot a little souvenir bag in the trunk. The Sixt associate was able to locate it quickly and we were able to go back and pick it up. The staff was very helpful. The car Mini Cooper S was a great experience to drive as well. I am a Hertz priority customer and this was my first experience with Sixt. But I am inclined to switch to Sixt especially if I can keep a priority status -
