Top service, extra value added from Vladimir, Europecar stuff, that gave us an amazing welcome and upgrade to our booking! Also a great drop off that took something like 3 minutes from the time that we parked at the return car area, which helped a lot to have some extra time on the run to catching the flight!Thank you!

I’m quite tall and the polestar drivers side mirror did not move enough for me to use it as I would of liked that was the only issue

Both members of staff I dealt with (pickup and collection) were super friendly and helpful and tried to make the experience as good as possible. Got an upgraded car too so that was very welcome!

I was served by Nova at Gatwick airport who was very helpful and friendly and the process to collect the car was very easy. After returning car and on my way home from Seville airport I have a phone call from Ahmed asking how my rental was and that the car had been checked over and in perfect condition and my deposit was being refunded. I liked this that they called as other rental company’s do not and when you leave the car early at 4am there is not anyone there to check the car over so the phone call was appreciated.
