Our precooked car for some reason wasn’t available upon our arrival, so we had to take something slightly less desirable. However, the guys found the model we’d booked & delivered it to our accommodation the next day and gave a healthy discount to soften the disappointment. Sometimes things don’t work out as planned/expected, but can’t fault the company’s attitude and service in rectifying the issue. We’re happy.
