I didn’t realize that rental company located outside terminal but it was easy to find them . Only negative thing it’s to drag your luggage along and use stairs … you can imagine for the passenger after tired flight using dangerous metal staircase and to find out that no one in office. Likely there was another customer waiting to be serve , but overall very helpful staff member Yuriy and very efficient service . I definitely will use them again .

The Manager took time to fix the USB conexión problem since I was not able to connect my phone; so the Manager kindly walked me and gave me a different car with a working USB this time. I appreciated that very much since I know how busy Managers usually are.

The initial service all excellent, for some reason when I made my reservation to the car I wanted after knowing the cost, when I arrived in Mexico it did not include all the coverage for which I had to pay more than 1,000 dollars more, at least in my case it was Prepared with something additional and I was able to pay it, I cannot imagine the monetary inconvenience of someone else who cannot pay. In conclusion, on your page, give a clear warning about the coverage and the total cost so that there are no monetary surprises at the last minute. In my case originally the rental of the vehicle was around 2,400 When I arrived in Mexico, the additional amount was around 1,100.00 more. plus a cost to collect that money of around 140.00 I ended up with a total of around $ 3,600 plus the cost per car rental of 400. dollars in the United States just for using the reservation page that seemed extremely expensive, but hey there is always a first time.

My experience in Riyadh was very good but my experience in Dubai with add car was horrible, i paid the money and didnot take any cars and obliged to rent with another company after waiting in the airport for a whole hour cannot find the car or even the driver.
