We had to rebook this car rental reservation, as our original car reservation was given to someone else. For our first reservation, the Alamo representative was very rude to us and not helpful at all. After we rebooked this second reservation, we received great customer service. Bruna was extremely helpful, nice, and understanding considering our frustration with our first reservation. We highly recommend Bruna as she was fantastic and so wonderful. Her colleague, Gerardo, was also very helpful. Bruna ensured our car met our needs and was so pleasant to work with.
