Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Firma, das sie noch spät offen gehabt haben, sowie die Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Das sie auch auf meine Situation entsprechend alles sonst gut gemacht haben. Alles gut erklärt und gezeigt. Das Auto war aussen dreckig aber innen sauber. Das war bemängel wert. Vielen Dank für eure Arbeit.

It was very good help on the reception desk, easily to find and very comfortable one :) now just waiting for cash back of additional amount which was taken when pick up the car just “in case” if it will come back sadly to my account I would rather say everything was excellent:)!

service was good, staff friendly, only thing is we had to walk to get child car seat and then walk further on for quite a bit to get to the car. we did order two child seats but cancelled one, which was lucky as we would not have been able to walk that distance with two small children, 5 bags AND two car seats. would have been very helpful if the ordered seats were already in the car. apart from this all tip top
