At first we did not receive the car that we booked. We returned it the following day, as it was uncomfortable to sit in, and were lucky to be able to find our car of choice. The service during this exchange was wonderful as was the state of ‘our’ car. We were extremely pleased with this swap, as it was very easy and comfortable to drive, had a boot cover and connected beautifully to my phone and navigation system via Apple CarPlay. It served us well and we were sorry to return it at the airport a fortnight later. Returning it was a breeze and took approximately 4 minutes! Thank you ANDREW at San Francisco international airport! We will definitely book with ALAMO again. The price BTW - was GREAT!

Only draw back was we had to return car & pick up again as our stay was longer than 28 days Did not get exact car booked but hybrid car that was very good

Nice large, clean, and new model car perfect for our purpose, though larger than required. Shuttle service was excellent. Close to the airport.
Very unhappy as my flight was cancelled n economy bookings did nothing to help whereas if I had booked directly with the car hire company they would have refunded the part I could use
Great service compared to others. Particularly a couple of the bigger agencies who appear to have to learn how to rent a car out all over again for every customer they serve. It shouldn't be time consuming given all the information has already been supplied and Alamo/National proves the truth of that. Won't be going back to Avis.
