No problems with the car rental company. Darrin at airport drop off was a very kind and knowledgeable lad. Gave me good advice for saving $ on car rental next time around. Big thanks to Darrin for getting us out of the drop off lot in less than 5 minutes.
Travelling from Australia, we had been let down by another car rental company. In a bit of a panic, we met” Amil “ whom was an exceptionally helpful. Thank you Amil.
Apparently I was given an upgrade. Although it was to a Hyundai i20, which I thought was the same group as a polo anyway
Virtually new car. Wasn’t really at the airport terminal as stated, they just directed me to shuttle bus but process worked well.
Good service but Budget took a while to collect us from airport to the car. Faster service coming back.
