Excellent experience. Kai was super helpful and took care of everything quickly and exceeded exoectations.
They are very well organized but the renter of the vehicle should come prepared with proof of insurance to cover rentals if you don’t want to buy their insurance. Also be aware you need 2 documents with name AND ADDRESS on them. Drivers license, of course, but luckily my insurance papers (which I don’t normally carry) had my address, because I don’t know of any other commonly carried ID showing an address!
Everything went very smooth. Great price for a decent vehicle! The staff were efficient and friendly!
4ème fois que je loue chez Alamo. Toujours très bien servi, rapide et véhicule au top. Restitution a la fin est très rapide et facile a trouver. Je recommande vivement
I booked this vehicle they said it wasn’t available offered me a brand new Hyundai ute I said no way it’s a Hyundai and they found this
