Hello, my name is Michael and I rented a car at thrifty at Newark airport. I just wanted to leave my review. I was a little skeptical at first I ve read a few bad reviews so I wanted to leave mine. First of all I had no problem finding the rental agency. The associates at the airport were very helpful to point me in the right direction. The airport is under construction and the car rental is outside of the building that very convenient to get to. There was a little bit of a line. But they were the busiest of the three rental agencies there. I think it might have taken about 40 minutes before I got to a representative. When I return the car it was very quick, without any issues.
love how I was treated got an upgrade from what I was suppose to get, the wait time was long but it s summer & there are alot of travelers. I would use Economy Booking again, especially Dollar renta.
no issues picking or dropping off very nice vehicle! And was very pleased with the service that I was given!

Very positive experience all told. Picked up the car at Newark, dropped it at Dulles. We had opted to include a daily toll charge on our hire agreement, but only used it once. At Dulles the balance of this charge, this was dealt with by a very pleasant and professional member of staff, capping off a highly satisfying experience. For these reasons I m happy to recommend Thrifty to anyone travelling to the US!
