Haven t dropped off yet, needed to extend another 2 weeks, the ease to do this was so quick, not time consuming. Will definitely rent from Dollar again, very happy with the ease of transactions

Good review - just remember the fine print even if the company says "refundable" it means the funds will be used for a future rental. And not cash. Otherwise a good service. With winter weather and travel plans change then would face costs for any changes as the payment to the car rental company is a voucher. Also the rental company states that with the booking company needs to give an option to prepay or opt in for the toll charger. I was told by EB to call the rental company and was not clear.
