Booked car the day before, and got an upgrade which was awesome. Clear instructions on how to use vehicle. Vehicle was clean and tidy, 2023 Kia was like learning a new phone lol. But all in all great experience, car drove well and was good on gas.

Car pickup and drop-off went smoothly. On pickup it was mentioned that the car hadn t been completely cleaned so we were given a discount. It was perfectly fine though, just in need of a little vacuum. Overall, very happy with the car and the customer service, so would definitely recommend.
The quick refund process of the deposit for the deposit paid at the time of the contract was very good.
Emma the lady at the check in made the pick up made it smooth as.... you should give a pay rise!!!
