Very helpful and friendly staff, they delivered the car to the ferry port without charge and also arranged for me too drop it off outside their normal office hours. I m very happy with the whole experience with Drive-a-Matic.
Très bonne expérience pour cette dernière location mais pour celle de saint Martin c était une catastrophe.
Your options only allowed pick up from the airport. The drive-a-matic rep said they would have dropped it at our hotel if they had known. That would been excellent.
I arrived early for booking. Company rep was courteous, thorough and pleasant to deal with. Photos of marks/blemishes were sent to my email, for drop off comparison. Clean tidy car with under 20000kms. On drop off, different rep came out to car park to meet us and carry out checks. Again courteous and pleasant. Within 10mins I was leaving drop off location. Both staff a credit to Company. The car was faultless.
