      What is E-Wallet and Booking Credit?
      E-Wallet is the virtual wallet in User Profile to which you receive BookingCredit™ in case of a booking cancellation. BookingCredit™ is a credit that can be used by a customer towards future bookings on EconomyBookings. It can be used for any prepayment on our website for one or multiple bookings. The BookingCredit™ will expire two years after you received it. If the due payment is higher than your E-Wallet amount you will need to pay the difference by your credit card. If the prepayment is 0 then the payment should be made upon arrival by a credit card.

      What is your cancellation and refund policy?
      You can cancel your booking and and receive a 100% refund in the form of BookingCredit™ that can be used towards future bookings on EconomyBookings within 48 hours from booking confirmation, through the My Booking section of the website or in Account of the website, if you are registered. If you cancel your booking later than 48 hours after confirmation and up to 48 hours before pick-up you still can receive a 100% refund to your E-Wallet in the form of BookingCredit™. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method, you will be charged an administration fee of 65 EUR. If the amount charged on your booking is equal to or less than 65 EUR, you will not receive a refund to your original payment method. You can avoid the administration fee if you purchase Extended Cancellation. In this case you will get a full refund if you cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental. No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time. Bookings made less than 48 hours before pick-up time are non-refundable. Bookings made for two days or less are non-refundable. If a cancellation request is submitted directly to the car rental provider rather than the Company, this Cancellation and Refund Policy will not be applicable. Renters can check their available BookingCredit™ by visiting the website's My Booking section or in Account, if the user is registered, and utilizing their original booking number and email address. Online booking cancellation is available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process.

      How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?
      Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

      To find your booking, please sign in to your User profile using the email specified during the booking process. Please activate your E-Wallet. If you specified a different email, you will not be able to see your previous booking because it is not synced to your account.

      Please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. You can still cancel the booking with a refund to your credit card instead of E-Wallet. Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. You will receive an email that the booking was canceled with the subject line "Your Wallet has been credited with *********: B********". At the bottom there will be an instruction "How do you continue with a refund to credit card" - please continue. At the bottom of the email you will see the active LINK - please click on it. Click the button “Card refund” in your User Profile and check your inbox again for a verification email. If everything is correct - you will see a “Thank you!” message on our website. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

      My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?
      You will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, your E-Wallet will be topped up with the amount you paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

      How do I get money to my E-Wallet?
      To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile: Please go to EconomyBookings and make sure to register your account. Sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. When you Sign in please find the Bookings section. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
