Staff was very helpful, car was handed off timely, no pushing into selling insurance or extras, you get what you paid no more asked. My first time renting and driving in Colombia, nothing different than in other European countries. Easy and convenience was a big plus. Really recommend to use Localiza the local rental company. Roads around Cali were in very good condition and safe. A great experience with no issues of any kind. Thank you keep up the good work and service.
